After-sales service
After the goods are sent out, we will pay close attention to logistics information, and notify the customer to receive the bill of lading. When the goods arrive at the port, we will remind customers to pick up the goods and assist customers to provide clearance documents.
After receiving the goods, If customers have questions about using products, our technicians will provide professional guidance. In addition, during the warranty period damage by quality problem, we will send the related parts ,but freight not included. Please note, damages by improper operating of workers, dreadful working environment or other force majeure, are not covered.
